Massage Therapist

Perform a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, and other specialized techniques as required.
Assess clients' medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals before each session.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
Maintain accurate client treatment records and confidentiality.
Ensure therapy rooms, equipment, and linens are clean, sanitized, and prepared before and after each treatment.
Educate clients on stretching, posture, self-care, and wellness practices.
Monitor client comfort throughout treatments and adjust techniques accordingly.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
Recommend additional spa or wellness services and retail products when appropriate.
Maintain professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional training.
