Role Overview
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
Make beds and replace used linens, towels, and toiletries.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Replenish room amenities and cleaning supplies.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely and stored correctly.
Follow company cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Respond promptly to guest or customer requests when required.
Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy.
