General Outdoor Maintenance Worker

Role Overview
Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, gardens, pathways, and building surroundings.
Sweep, collect, and dispose of litter, leaves, and other debris.
Mow lawns, trim grass, prune shrubs, and maintain landscaped areas.
Water plants, flowers, and trees as required.
Remove weeds and apply basic gardening techniques.
Perform seasonal maintenance such as snow removal or leaf collection (where applicable).
Assist with minor repairs to fences, gates, outdoor furniture, walkways, and other exterior fixtures.
Operate and maintain outdoor maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, pressure washers, and hand tools.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Support other general maintenance duties as assigned.
