Role Overview
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.
Ensure all cleaned items are properly sanitized and stored.
Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene standards.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.
Clean kitchen equipment and work surfaces as assigned.
Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies when needed.
Refill cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when stocks are low.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and other assigned duties.
