Dental Technician (Ceramist/ Porcelain Specialist)

Fabricate high-quality ceramic and porcelain dental restorations.
Layer, contour, stain, and glaze porcelain restorations to achieve natural esthetics.
Produce crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and implant-supported restorations.
Match tooth shades accurately using shade guides and digital shade systems.
Finish, polish, and inspect restorations to ensure quality and precision.
Interpret dental prescriptions, impressions, digital scans, and CAD/CAM designs.
Work with zirconia, lithium disilicate (E-max), porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM), and full ceramic restorations.
Repair or modify existing ceramic restorations when required.
Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and materials according to safety standards.
Collaborate with dentists and laboratory technicians to ensure accurate and timely case completion.
Follow infection control, health, and safety procedures within the laboratory.
