Caregiver

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help clients with mobility, transferring, walking, and positioning safely.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
Administer or remind clients to take prescribed medications as directed.
Monitor and report changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing the client's living area.
Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation to medical appointments if required.
Maintain accurate records of daily care activities and observations.
Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times.
Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare professionals, and supervisors.
