Role Overview
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments.
Recommend menu items and answer customer questions regarding beverages and food.
Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently with quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstations.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely.
Replenish supplies and monitor inventory levels.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and cash reconciliation.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
